As the founder of Baycor in 1996, Bill has built his team on a vision of excellence that has since grown and evolved into one of the GTA’s premier construction management firms. Prior to 1996, his almost 11 years of experience in commercial interiors has firmly established his business credentials industry-wide.
Bill’s hands-on approach to business development, client relations and corporate policy ensures that Baycor’s commitment of providing our clients with the best construction services available is our first priority.
Domenic Armilio,
Vice-President Construction
Before joining the Baycor team in 1998, Domenic owned a residential design/build firm for almost nine years, as well as spending seven years in project development and coordination with a residential/commercial design/build firm. This experience enables him to provide Baycor’s clients with project management expertise in an approachable, efficient manner.

Ricky Ramcharan,
Site Coordinator
Joined the Baycor team in 2007. Ricky provides on site project supervision supporting our Vice-President Construction. Working closely with sub-contractors to stay within the construction schedule and ensuring quality workmanship, Ricky also heads up our small contracts division expertly managing the needs of our commercial clients.
