"Once we identified the proper space for our new office, Bill, and the rest of the Baycor team, as well as his subcontractors were all great to work with! He recommended a space planner who was easy to work with, as she understood what we were trying to accomplish and really maximized the efficient use of the space with her plan, Baycor took care of all of the City of Toronto permitting and landlord insurance requirements, and the hiring and management of several subtrades including electrical, mechanical, finishing carpentry, drywall, and painting. Timing was tight as we had to be out of the old space or pay a penalty; however, construction moved along at a good pace, with subtrades either working together, with on site direction by the Baycor site team, so we were able to schedule our move and make it out of the old space on time. A few mechanical-related operational issues have arisen over the years and Bill and his team have always quickly addressed these minor issues."
